RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. To return an item, contact us by email for return authorization and instructions. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. Once we have received your return, you will be refunded your purchase price, minus our actual cost of shipping. (This refers to the freight expense we incur for shipping the item to you.) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. Due to the high shipping costs for furniture, we recommend that you do not purchase an item unless you are confident it will suit your needs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Non defective returns must be in new, sellable condition in their original packaging. Mattresses must be unopened with the original vacuum seal in tact. Mattresses that have been opened can not be returned. Items purchased as a packaged set must be returned as a complete set and can not be returned individually. Exchanges will be treated as returns and a new order will need to be placed. If you do not accept delivery for any reason other than damage, our standard return policy will apply. If you receive an incorrect item by our error, we will arrange return shipment at our expense. If you receive a damaged item, replacement parts will be shipped at no cost to you. If you choose to return a damaged item instead of receive replacement parts, our standard return policy will apply and you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Please review our damage policy for more information. We do not guarantee accuracy of color, tone or shade based on web images, as monitor settings may vary. Returns due to color differences will follow our standard return policy. If you have any questions concerning our return policy, please contact us prior to purchasing.
